Attar Frag and Zorba
Attar Metals Signature Steel Frag and Aluminum Zorba
Steel Frag
Product: Attar Metals Produces a dense shredded scrap Steel Frag which mills prefer as our Frag is more efficient to crane and minimizes loss from heats.

How it's Made: Items from bicycles to washers and dryers (anything with a high steel content) are placed into our shredder machine.
This massive machine processes the items into smaller pieces and separates the plastics from steel, and from the non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, and copper.
All the segregated outputs are then sent to steel foundries, aluminum mills or copper smelters to be made into new recycled metals for the manufacturing sector. The plastics and waste are sent further downstream for additional sortation and recycling to new materials.

Aluminum Zorba
Product: Attar Metals Produces a dense shredded scrap Steel Frag which mills prefer as our Frag is more efficient to crane and minimizes loss from heats.

Fragmentized material is magnetically separated and alloy free. Prepared from car hulks, demolition scrap, sheet and bailing material,

Aluminum Zorba
97% Aluminum
2-3% Reds
Product: Attar Metals produces a high grade Zorba after fragmentized material is separated by magnets to eliminate free iron and an eddy current system

How It's Made
Items from bicycles to cars to steel sheets to washers and dryers (anything with a high steel content) are placed into our custom made shredder machine.
This massive machine processes the items into smaller pieces. Then through air separation, magnets, and an eddy current system, the advanced process separates the plastics from steel, and from the non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and zinc.
All the segregated outputs are then sent to steel foundries, aluminum mills or copper smelters to be made into new recycled metals for the manufacturing sector. The plastics and waste are sent further downstream for additional sortation and recycling to new materials.
